Scientific and Academic Cooperation Between the UC3SB and the (GIZ)

Delivery of certificates on the first batch in the Master of waste management .

In crowning to the successful scientific and academic cooperation, between the University
of Constantine 3, on the one hand, and the German Agency for International Cooperation
(GIZ) and the German University of Rostock , on the other hand ; His Excellency the
Ambassador of Germany in Algeria and Rector of the University of Constantine 3, Salah
Boubnider, Pr. Ahmed Bouras, supervised the graduation ceremony on the occasion of the
release of the first class of professional masters in management and recycling of waste in
urban areas. The 10 outgoing students graduated from a 2-year training program in Algeria,
Germany and Morocco with the participation of Algerian and German professors and experts.
The ceremony, which took place in the conference room of the Institute of Urban Technics
Management, was marked by a distinguished presence of university officials and German
guests. It included the speeches of the Rector of the University of Constantine 3, Her
Excellency the German Ambassador to Algeria, and the presentation of a sample of recent
graduating students who were involved in scientific work carried out in this important
academic project. At the end of which, the Rector of the University expressed his deep
gratitude for the support and assistance provided by the German side, in particular by the
German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the German University of Rostock.
Her Excellency the Ambassador expressed her admiration for the important potential of the
University of Constantine 3 and for the beauty of Algeria and declared to be ready to provide
more support to deepen and strengthen the success of scientific cooperation between the
University of Constantine 3-Salah Boubnider and various scientific and economic institutions.
For information, the graduated promotion in master degree of waste management and
recycling is the first outgoing promotion in the specialty at the national level. It is in fact the
result of a scientific cooperation between the University of Constantine 3, the German
Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the University of Rostock in Germany and the
University of Blida 1. In this meaning, the leaders of the University of Constantine 3 aspire
for the scientific project to experience more success and excellence in the future, and
therefore strive to provide all possible conditions to ensure its scientific, educational and
organizational efficiency.
