Erasmus+ is a European Union funding program that supports actions in the fields of education, training, youth and sport.<\/span><\/h3>
<\/blockquote>

The program includes three key actions as well as two other actions. These are managed on the one hand at national level by the national agencies and on the other hand at European level by the EACEA. The European Commission is responsible for all Erasmus+ policies and oversees the overall implementation of the programme.<\/span><\/p>

The Erasmus+ actions managed by the EACEA are the following:<\/span><\/p>

\u2192 Key action 1 – mobility of individuals for education and training purposes<\/span>
\u2192 Key action 2: Cooperation on innovation and exchange of good practices<\/span>
\u2192 Key Action 3 – Support for policy reform<\/span>
\u2192 Jean Monnet activities<\/span>

What is supported<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Erasmus+ financially supports activities in the fields of education, training, youth and sport. The program offers opportunities for:<\/span>
\u2192<\/span> individuals who can benefit from mobility or a period of voluntary work<\/span> abroad as well as language training,<\/span>
\u2192<\/span> the organizations that can collaborate in project partnerships in the<\/span>
areas of academic and professional training, schools,<\/span>
adult education and European sporting events.<\/span>
Erasmus+ also supports education, research, networking and<\/span> political debate on EU-related topics.<\/span><\/p>

How to participate<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

The European Commission publishes an annual general call for proposals. The Erasmus+ Program Guide<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span> details<\/a><\/span><\/span> the modalities of these actions and the application process.<\/span>
