    As part of the digitization and improvement of electronic services at the University Constantine 3 Salah BOUBNIDER, the Vice Rectorate of Higher Education of the 1st and 2nd cycles, continuing education and diplomas and higher education in graduation, launched a platform for receiving requests for confirmation of diplomas, transcripts and schooling certificates on behalf of the socio-economic sector. <\/p>\n

    For this purpose, the applicant must complete the form according to the nature of the request in one of the two languages (Arabic or French)<\/p>\n
