Course Description: Bachelor’s Degrees in Urban planning<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The objectives of the Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning are more focused on preparing students for enrollment in a Master’s program, either in an academic or professional track. This Bachelor’s degree offers:<\/p>

  • Theoretical training in the field of planning and urbanism.<\/li>
  • Multidisciplinary education encompassing geography, economics, sociology, history, law, and more.<\/li>
  • Training in the practices of urban planning.<\/li><\/ul>

    Upon completion of this program, a graduate in Urban Planning is expected to:<\/p>

    • Be able to present, describe, and argue for an urban development project.<\/li>
    • Have a command of concepts related to urban planning, development, and geography.<\/li>

      The course duration for the Bachelor’s degree in Urban planning is three years<\/p>

      Access to the Bachelor’s degree program in Urban planning (equivalent to a 3-year degree) is restricted to students directed by the supervising Ministry (referring to the circular of guidance issued each academic year by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research<\/p>
