style=\"color:#201e96\">\ud83c\udf93 <strong>University of Constantine 3 \u2013 Active Participation in the First Med-HELA Consortium Meeting<\/strong><br><em>EMUNI University, Koper (Slovenia)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#2c2b61;color:#2c2b61\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the <strong>Med-HELA project (Erasmus+ KA2 \u2013 CBHE)<\/strong>, the University of Constantine 3 actively participated in the first consortium meeting held from <strong>March 30 to April 02, 2026<\/strong> at <strong>EMUNI University in Koper, Slovenia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-63ba6e640083e554ad161ff9e0cb0a09\" style=\"color:#0e166e\"><strong>The university was represented by:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr. Lalmi Abdallah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Boumali Badreddine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr. Elafri Nedjwa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c3ce988e826923738831c8acca255d96\" style=\"color:#26118b\"><strong>The meeting brought together the full consortium, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the Algerian universities of <strong>Tlemcen<\/strong> and <strong>Biskra<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Tunisian Ministry and the universities of <strong>Jendouba<\/strong>, <strong>Sousse<\/strong>, and the <strong>Virtual University of Tunis<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alongside European partners <strong>ELI (Ireland)<\/strong> and the <strong>University of Granada (Spain)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Algerian Ministry of Higher Education (<strong>MESRS<\/strong>) was represented by <strong>Ms. Chader Samira, Deputy Director of University and Research Cooperation Programs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-baf4c7bcd25450990402d0fa45e3258d\" style=\"color:#1c1e98;background-color:#ecfaeb\">The Constantine 3 delegation actively engaged in discussions on the development of leadership modules and contributed to presentations of leadership initiatives, enriching the design of future training modules within the project framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>On the sidelines, the Algerian delegation was received by the President of EMUNI University, and the day was further marked by the support expressed by the First Secretary and Her Excellency the Ambassador of Algeria to Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-cc883acf32ac1cd2e712343c4c0c6fcb\" style=\"color:#470e0e;background-color:#fde2e34f\">This participation reflects the University of Constantine 3\u2019s commitment to Euro-Mediterranean academic cooperation and its engagement in strengthening leadership and governance in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-8e689c8752127647d727ece1fc03a743\" style=\"color:#131e75\">\ud83d\udd1c The delegation
