As part of the digitization and improvement of electronic services at the University Constantine 3 Salah BOUBNIDER, the Vice Rectorate of Higher Education of the 1st and 2nd cycles, continuing education and diplomas and higher education in graduation, launched a platform for receiving requests for confirmation of diplomas, transcripts and schooling certificates on behalf of the socio-economic sector. 

For this purpose, the applicant must complete the form according to the nature of the request in one of the two languages (Arabic or French)

1. File requested for the authentication of diplomas for the socio-economic sector

• Fill in the form.
• Confirmation request.
• A digital copy of the diploma, transcript or school certificate.
