The Vice Rectorate of Development, Prospective and Orientation is a centralized service of the University of Constantine 3 Salah Boubnider. It is in charge of planning, registration and follow-up of equipment and construction programs (construction of reception facilities, acquisition of scientific equipment for the various teaching and research laboratories). It is also responsible for the collection of statistical data from the university.
The Vice Rectorate is headed by a Vice Rector assisted by three departments, as follows
