1- For a request for an advanced training course abroad:

For teachers and students :

Present a regular registration for a doctoral thesis from the second registration
Present a work project, approved by the thesis director and the scientific council defining the objectives, the methodology and the expected impacts
Specify the host establishment, the length of stay and the period of the internship.

2- For a request for a high-level short-term scientific stay whose duration varies between seven (7) and fifteen (15) days:

Present a work project approved by the scientific council of the faculty, defining the objectives, the methodology and the expected impacts
Specify the host establishment, the length of stay and the period of the internship
Fill out the form here.

3- For a request to participate in international scientific events whose duration does not exceed seven (7) days:

Submit a reasoned request for participation endorsed by the faculty’s scientific council
Submit a request to participate with the advice of the thesis director(s) and the agreement of the scientific council
