As part of the national program of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the context of distance learning, Salah Boubnider University -Constantine 3- has embarked on the use of the E-Learning device via the Cellule Télé-Enseignement et visio-conferencing, whose mission is to promote the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in distance learning and teaching, by modernizing the pedagogical approach of teaching through the Moodle platform.
