
University of Constantine 3 Participates in Med-HELA Erasmus+ Consortium Meeting in Slovenia
🎓 University of Constantine 3 – Active Participation in the First Med-HELA Consortium Meeting
EMUNI University, Koper (Slovenia)
As part of the Med-HELA project (Erasmus+ KA2 – CBHE), the University of Constantine 3 actively participated in the first consortium meeting held from March 30 to April 02, 2026 at EMUNI University in Koper, Slovenia.
The university was represented by:
- Dr. Lalmi Abdallah
- Dr. Boumali Badreddine
- Dr. Elafri Nedjwa
The meeting brought together the full consortium, including:
- the Algerian universities of Tlemcen and Biskra,
- the Tunisian Ministry and the universities of Jendouba, Sousse, and the Virtual University of Tunis,
- alongside European partners ELI (Ireland) and the University of Granada (Spain).
The Algerian Ministry of Higher Education (MESRS) was represented by Ms. Chader Samira, Deputy Director of University and Research Cooperation Programs.
The Constantine 3 delegation actively engaged in discussions on the development of leadership modules and contributed to presentations of leadership initiatives, enriching the design of future training modules within the project framework.
On the sidelines, the Algerian delegation was received by the President of EMUNI University, and the day was further marked by the support expressed by the First Secretary and Her Excellency the Ambassador of Algeria to Slovenia.
This participation reflects the University of Constantine 3’s commitment to Euro-Mediterranean academic cooperation and its engagement in strengthening leadership and governance in higher education.
